Guided by the Lasallian traditions of Religio, Mores, Cultura, Liga Historia commits
to the fostering of brotherhood and camaraderie among its members as well as the promotion of an exciting campus life for
all students. It aspires to serve the students in inculcating a profound interest of things past, a sincere pride in one’s
own culture, a genuine sense of love for God and Country, and a firm belief in the human potential. Liga Historia endeavors
to create a society working together towards the creation of a national identity that is strong, resolute, and unwavering;
founded upon the true culture of the Filipinos.
Dedicated in the integrative and holistic development, cultivation, and promotion of
history as a discipline, Liga Historia aims to help fellow Lasallians in preparing them for their future as advocates of social
transformation as well as Christian Achievers for God and Country. It realizes the relevance of the intellectual, social and
moral development of the students in generating maximum student participation that advocates a deep sense of the past made
manifest through the initiation, promotion, and implementation of organizational activities that are befitting and responsive
to the needs of society and the country.
